MailCredible enables users to perform specific actions ("Interactions") with email accounts. These Interactions may include sending emails from the user's SMTP ("Simple Mail Transfer Protocol") server to designated email accounts and receiving replies, as well as performing other automated actions such as retrieving emails from the spam folder.
MailCredible is designed to enhance the IP reputation and overall performance of user email accounts. However, users are fully responsible for the use of MailCredible, including the number of Interactions generated and any pre-set configurations on the MailCredible interface.
The Company is not liable for any technical damages, including but not limited to domain blacklisting or excessive interactions leading to legal or technical issues. Furthermore, The Company is not responsible for service interruptions or disconnections of third-party services that result in the failure of MailCredible functionalities. Users are responsible for monitoring MailCredible and responding to communications from the platform, including notifications that require user intervention, such as reactivating a disconnected SMTP or email account that cannot be automatically reactivated by the system.
Subscriptions to MailCredible automatically renew at the end of the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually). All charges are non-refundable, meaning no refunds or credits will be issued for periods where the user did not use an active account, only used it partially, deactivated the account, or terminated these Terms during an ongoing billing cycle.
A trial period may be available and can be activated using a promotional code. After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically become active, and standard fees will apply. MailCredible also offers annual payment options. Users can switch to annual payments via the subscription settings in the dashboard. Once paid, annual fees are non-refundable.
If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, The Company reserves the right to permanently delete the account, including all associated data.
When subscribing to MailCredible or adding a payment method, users must provide a valid email address capable of receiving communications from The Company, such as payment confirmations or invoice reminders. The MailCredible platform is intended for use by legal entities (businesses and non-profits) and should not be purchased by individuals for personal use. By adding a payment method, users consent to be charged for any active subscriptions, as well as for subscriptions transitioning from a trial period to a paid status. The Company will automatically attempt to pay any outstanding invoices using the most recently added payment method. No fees will be charged for free or trial subscriptions, even if a payment method is registered on the account.
Users may cancel their account at any time by contacting us at support@MailCredible.com. Verification of identity may be required to process the cancellation.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions of Use.
All claims relating to MailCredible will be governed by the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By using MailCredible, you agree to adhere to these terms and use the service responsibly. The Company, in turn, commits to providing a reliable service and transparent communication.
